Ready-Made Items
Returns of ready-made, non-custom merchandise are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Please contact us before mailing your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions to help ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each custom item is made specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
